Terms of Use

Terms of Use for Choreeo

These terms govern your use of Choreeo's apps, website, free printables, and family subscription service.

Effective 2026-07-20

1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms

Choreeo is operated by Choreeo LLC, PO Box 91, Climax, MN 56523, United States. By downloading, accessing, or using Choreeo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Choreeo is made for parents, guardians, and other trusted family participants. You must be an adult with authority to accept these terms for yourself and to provide any family information you choose to enter. Choreeo is not a child-directed app and does not provide child accounts.

2. The Choreeo service

Choreeo helps a family create and share a chore chart, update chores from a phone, and print a paper chart. We may improve, add, remove, or change features over time. We will not intentionally make a material paid feature unavailable without reasonable notice when notice is practical.

You are responsible for the family information and instructions you enter, for deciding who may join a shared chart, and for keeping access links and devices reasonably secure. Choreeo is a household organization tool, not professional, educational, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

3. Free use, subscriptions, and trials

Choreeo offers a basic chart and tap-based chore experience without a paid subscription. Voice features are available for seven days after you first open the app, and an introductory first print is included. After those introductory uses, one family plan unlocks continued voice and printing. Monthly and annual subscription options may be offered. The price, billing period, taxes, and any trial terms shown by Apple or Google before you confirm a purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction.

An eligible annual subscription may include a 14-day trial when the offer is shown at checkout. Eligibility is determined through the applicable app store and may be limited to new or otherwise eligible subscribers. Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid annual plan at the price shown when you started the trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to the applicable app store's rules. The app store charges your store account and controls billing.

4. Manage, cancel, and request a refund

You can manage or cancel a subscription in the subscription settings for the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it. Deleting Choreeo or deleting a family chart does not cancel an app-store subscription.

  • Apple purchases: manage subscriptions or request billing help through Apple Support.
  • Google Play purchases: manage subscriptions or request billing help through Google Play Help.

Apple or Google processes the app-store transaction and decides refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Choreeo does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Canceling stops future renewal; access to paid features ordinarily continues through the already-paid period unless the store provides otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Choreeo only for lawful personal or household purposes. You may not:

  • access a family chart without permission, misrepresent your identity or authority, or enter content that violates another person's rights;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with Choreeo's security or operation;
  • use automated means to scrape or access the service except as permitted by Choreeo;
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from Choreeo except to the extent applicable law does not allow that restriction; or
  • use Choreeo to distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

Free printable charts may be downloaded and printed for personal, family, classroom, or caregiving use. You may not resell the files or remove Choreeo's branding to represent them as your own work.

6. Ownership and feedback

Choreeo and its original software, design, branding, and content belong to Choreeo LLC or its licensors. You keep any rights you have in content you enter. You give Choreeo a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow Choreeo to use them without payment or obligation to you. This does not give Choreeo ownership of your family chart or private support messages.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Choreeo at any time. You can delete a family chart in the app. If you no longer have app access and previously attached a recovery email to the chart, you can use that same email on our data request page. Subscription cancellation is separate and must be completed through the app store.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or another person, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or respond to a material breach of these terms. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Choreeo reliable, but internet, device, voice, printing, and app-store services can fail or be unavailable. Keep any household information you cannot afford to lose somewhere else. To the extent permitted by law, Choreeo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Choreeo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Choreeo LLC's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to Choreeo through an app store during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. App stores and third-party services

Your use of an iPhone or Android app is also subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for operating or supporting Choreeo; contact Choreeo Support for product help. Third-party services used by Choreeo may have their own terms and availability.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Minnesota will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. You may also bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

We may update these terms as Choreeo changes. We will post the revised terms and effective date here and provide additional notice when required by law. If you continue using Choreeo after revised terms take effect, the revised terms apply to your continued use.
