Export or delete your chart

The quickest way: in the app

Open Choreeo on your phone and go to Settings:

• Export this chart — get a copy of your family's chart and chores to save or share.
• Delete this family — remove this chart and everything on it. This affects everyone on it and can't be undone.

No sign-in is needed — the app already knows this is your chart.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting a chart or removing the app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel it through Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions.

Lost access to your phone?

If you can't open the app anymore, you can use this form when you previously added a recovery email to the chart. Enter that same email so we can safely match the request to your chart. We usually reply within five business days and complete a verified request within 30 days.

No recovery email on the chart? Use any phone that can still open the chart and delete it from Settings. If no phone can open it, you may still contact support, but we cannot export or delete a chart unless we can securely verify that it is yours.

What we store, plainly

Choreeo securely stores the information needed to run and share your chart, including the family name, first names or nicknames and ages you enter, chores, stars, completion history, and chart settings. Choreeo does not collect browsing history or track your location. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
