What works without a subscription
You can make and use the basic in-app chart and mark chores complete with a tap without subscribing.
Voice updates are included for seven days after you first open the app, so you can try them more than once before deciding.
Your first print lets you try the paper handoff. After that first print, additional printing requires the family plan. After the complimentary voice week, voice updates require the plan too.
One family plan
Choreeo offers one family plan with monthly and annual billing through the App Store or Google Play. The annual option may include a 14-day trial for eligible customers; the purchase screen shows whether the trial is available before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. The purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms for your store account and region.
Manage or cancel
In Choreeo, open Settings and choose Subscription & support to see subscription help and management options.
On iPhone, you can also open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Choreeo. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, and choose Choreeo.
Canceling stops the next renewal. Access normally continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting a chart or removing the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Restore a purchase
If a current purchase is not recognized, open Choreeo with the same Apple Account or Google Account used to subscribe. Open the subscription screen and choose Restore purchases.
If the store shows an active subscription but Choreeo still does not recognize it, contact hi@choreeo.com and tell us which phone platform you use. Do not send payment-card details.
Request a refund
Apple and Google process app-store payments and make refund decisions. For an Apple purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, use the refund options in Google Play Help or your Google Play order history.
